1. Estimates and Inspections

Our complimentary 21-point roof and exterior inspections represent visual and physical evaluations of accessible roofing and exterior surfaces. Written estimates are provided based on observed conditions. Any hidden conditions discovered upon full deck tear-off (such as rotted rafter framing or compromised sub-decking) will be documented with photos and discussed with the property owner before additional work commences.

2. Licensing and Permitting

Perfect Peak Exteriors LLC is fully licensed by the State of Delaware and carries comprehensive commercial liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. We secure all required municipal and county building permits for roof replacements in accordance with Delaware building codes.

3. Warranties

All new roof replacements include manufacturer material warranties (e.g. 25-50 year limited lifetime warranties for architectural shingles) and our signature workmanship warranty. Specific warranty terms are detailed in your written contract.
